Turning Our Work Into Opportunity

Through this relationship, Da Silva Group Consulting will contribute a portion of revenue generated from our tribal business to scholarship funding designed to support continued education and expand professional development opportunities for Native American human resources professionals. 

It means the work we do with our clients can have an impact that extends beyond an individual executive search.

Building Stronger Tribal Workforces

The NNAHRA Foundation Scholarship and Professional Development Program is designed to provide recipients with funding toward registration in NNAHRA Foundation certification programs as well as associated travel expenses.

For us, the mission behind the program is especially meaningful.
